Services · 01 · When a CMS is not enough
Web applications on Laravel and Vue.
Applications written for one company: SaaS products, internal systems and processes no CMS can model. Written so another developer could take the code over.
We build SaaS products, internal systems and platforms where the value sits in the logic: the processes, the permissions, the integrations. We work from your Figma file or specification and write code another developer can take over. Always Tickets, the platform selling tickets to football matches abroad, was built this way in 2025.
Pick this when
- Your process does not fit a CMS or an off-the-shelf tool.
- The product has to live for years and change direction on the way.
- You want the code in your own repository, readable by whoever you hire next.
A custom application makes sense when your work does not fit an off-the-shelf tool: the process looks different from everyone else’s, the numbers have to be calculated your way, and the permissions have to match how the company is organised. We start from whatever you already have written or drawn.
What you get at the end
A working application on your server and the code in your repository. With it, a written deployment path and tests where they pay for themselves: the business rules, the payments, the integrations. We do not write tests for a coverage number, only for the parts whose failure costs the most.
How the build runs
The scope is written and priced before we start, and the price is fixed. Design changes get two rounds, fixed in the contract, so the deadline does not slip. You see the whole thing on a test site before your customers do.
Why it shows in year three
A live application keeps changing: a new market, a new integration, a new legal requirement. We write it so those changes stay cheap: plain code over clever code, documentation that matches what the code really does, and the same people at the same address. We have run Xcruiter since 2023 and it has not needed rewriting.

Xcruiter
A recruitment SaaS on Laravel and Vue. We took over a running codebase in 2023, rebuilt the foundations that needed it, and have added features since: integrations with the recruitment systems its market uses, a candidate board and a portal for the client's customers.
Read the caseWhat we won't do
- Start without a written scope. "We'll figure it out as we go" is a rebuild in year two.
- Wrap a no-code tool and call it a Laravel application.
- Hand the code to a junior and look at it once a week.
Common questions
Why not Next.js, Nuxt or a full SPA?
Because for most platforms we build, the value is in the backend - domain model, queues, integrations, permissions - not in rich client-side interaction. Laravel + Inertia + Vue gives us SPA-smooth navigation without a separate frontend app, a separate deploy, a separate auth layer. When a client needs a full SPA (editors, canvas apps, real-time collaboration), we reach for Vue standalone. We don’t default to it.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. Most of our work has at least one external system in the loop - CRMs, ERPs, payment, identity, data warehouses. We’ve written adapters for Recman, HubSpot, Stripe, Przelewy24, Auth0, SAML/OIDC, S3-compatible storage, countless REST and a few stubborn SOAP endpoints. Integration work is written plainly and tested against real API fixtures.
Do you host the sites you build?
We run sites on provisioned VPS servers, set up the way a developer would: version-controlled deploys, a staging environment, server-level caching and off-server backups. Not shared cPanel hosting behind an FTP password.
Do you only build WordPress, or also custom applications?
Both. Alongside WordPress we build custom platforms in Laravel and Vue.js, with the same team and the same long-haul maintenance approach. WordPress is one half of what INFIGO does; bespoke application work is the other.

We'll price it.
If this is not what you need, we say so in the first reply.
