Everynails is a network of manicure salons. INFIGO designed and built the platform that runs its loyalty scheme - customers, cards and points - in one place, instead of on paper across a dozen counters.
01 · The context
A loyalty scheme is easy to promise, hard to run
Handing out a stamp card is simple. Running the scheme across a whole network - knowing who holds which card, how many points sit on it, and whether a reward is due - is where it falls apart when it lives in a drawer. Everynails needed one system that held all of it, at every counter at once.
02 · The build
One system, three moving parts
We built a platform that manages the programme’s three moving parts together: customer records, the loyalty cards themselves, and the points that earn and get spent against them. Salon staff work from a deliberately simple back office - look up a card, record a transaction, adjust points - while the register underneath keeps every card and every transaction accountable.
03 · The point
The count you can stand behind
Loyalty only works if the customer trusts the balance. Holding customers, cards and points in one system - rather than reconciling notebooks between salons - is what let the network stand behind every number on every card.
What we delivered
- A loyalty platform managing customers, cards and points network-wide.
- A back office built for salon staff, not for administrators.
- A full register of cards and transactions behind the daily operations.
