Capus

Capus is a Norwegian firm recruiting executives, managers and specialists. INFIGO built its site, and rebuilt it again years later, on a codebase that is still ours.

01 · The context

Two audiences who want opposite things from the same site.

A recruitment site serves two people at once. A candidate wants to find one relevant opening in as few clicks as possible and does not care about the firm. A client wants evidence that this firm understands their field and can be trusted with a senior hire, and does not care about the vacancy list at all.

Building for either one alone produces a site that fails the other. That tension is the whole design problem.

02 · The build

A filtered board for one audience, proof pages for the other.

  1. The vacancy board, filtered properly. Narrowing by discipline and by region, with counts on every filter, so the shape of the market is visible before a single listing is opened.
  2. A page per competence area. Property, sales, HR, procurement, engineering and the rest, each a page that can be sent, found and updated on its own.
  3. The trust layer. Named consultants, published cases, testimonials from both sides of the desk, and an editorial section that keeps the firm present between mandates.

03 · The long haul

Built once, rebuilt on the same foundations.

The site has been through a redesign since the original build and is still running on our theme base. That is the version of longevity worth having: not a site nobody touched, but one that could be substantially reworked without starting again.

What we delivered

  • A faceted vacancy board filtered by discipline and region.
  • Individual landing pages for each competence area.
  • Consultant profiles, published cases and testimonials.
01

A vacancy board that filters like one

A recruitment firm lives on people finding the right opening quickly. The board narrows by discipline and by region, each filter carrying its own live count so a candidate can see where the work actually is before clicking anything. Every listing shows the hiring employer's own logo, the location and the deadline, which is what a candidate scans for.

02

Competence areas as real landing pages

Executive search sells expertise per field, so each field gets its own page rather than a bullet on a services list: property, sales and marketing, HR and administration, procurement and logistics, engineering and construction. Each one can be sent to a client, found in a search, and kept current independently of the others.

Consultants, cases and the proof around them

Recruitment runs on trust, so the site puts the people and the evidence where they can be found: named consultants, published cases, client and candidate testimonials, and an editorial section that keeps the firm visible between mandates rather than only when it is hiring.
