Gagner is a Norwegian consultancy working on growth, brand and go-to-market. INFIGO built the site it sells from.
01 · The context
The hardest site to build is one for people who sell positioning.
A consultancy’s own website is judged by the standard it sells. If a firm advises companies on how to present themselves and its own site is vague, the advice reads as untested. So the brief is unforgiving in a way a product site is not: everything has to be specific, and nothing can hide behind a stock photograph.
02 · The build
Named services, and the work that proves them.
- The offer as services, not adjectives. Bounded, named engagements a client can picture, ask the price of and buy.
- An editorial section carrying real client work. Written-up cases doing the persuading, so the method is demonstrated rather than described.
- A clear path to a conversation. The site is small on purpose. Its job is to get a qualified reader to the contact page understanding what they would be buying.
03 · The long haul
Small, current and still ours.
Three years on the site still runs on our theme base and still says what the firm does today. A consultancy site earns its keep by staying accurate, and staying accurate is a function of how easy the thing is to edit.
What we delivered
- A WordPress build presenting bounded, named services.
- An editorial section structured around written-up client work.
