Skullerud Park is an office park in Oslo - part of the Opsahl Gruppen property group, but its own brand with its own tenants and its own story. INFIGO built its site, and keeps it maintained today.
01 · The context
An office park sells square metres. Its website has to sell a workday.
The leasing decision is made by a company, but it is lived by that company’s people - which is why an office park’s site cannot stop at floor plans. It has to answer the operational questions (what space, on what terms) and the human ones (what is lunch like, is there a gym, what happens here on a Thursday).
Skullerud Park’s site is built to answer both, under a brand that stands apart from the corporate group behind it.
02 · The build
Its own site, on shared foundations.
The site runs as the second site in Opsahl Gruppen’s WordPress multisite - its own domain, its own theme, its own content, with the platform shared underneath. On top of that: leasing pages organised by tenant need rather than by building geometry, facilities content for the people who will actually work there, and a live events calendar with signup, because a park that does things together is easier to lease.
Alongside the public site runs a tenant intranet - the part visitors never see, doing the unglamorous work of park-to-tenant communication.
03 · The long haul
Built in 2022, current today.
This is a maintained site, not a delivered-and-abandoned one. Core and platform are kept current, security patches land when they should, and the events calendar keeps filling - which is the whole difference between a website a company has and a website a company uses.
