Rentapartments24 was a company investing in short-term apartment rentals in Gdańsk. INFIGO designed and built the management system it ran on - the platform that replaced a growing pile of spreadsheets with one source of truth.
01 · The context
The portfolio outgrew the spreadsheet
Short-term rental is a numbers business, and manual management does not scale with it. As the portfolio grew, keeping track by hand became slow and error-prone, and the harder question - which apartments actually earn, and where the next one should be - got buried under the bookkeeping.
02 · The build
A CRM shaped like the operation
We built a custom management platform - effectively a CRM for the rental operation. Apartments, reservations, clients, payments and overheads lived in one system, with cost and revenue tracked per unit, per month. The client already ran a separate reservation and payment system, so the platform synced with it over its API: bookings, customer records and payment statuses lined up on their own, with no re-keying and no nightly reconciliation.
03 · The point
Numbers that answered the next question
On top of the raw tracking sat the analytics the owner actually wanted: apartment against apartment, month against month, occupancy against cost. Every month the system sent the key figures unprompted. The business has since wound down; while it ran, its operations lived in this system.
What we delivered
- A custom rental-management platform: apartments, reservations, clients, payments.
- Per-apartment monthly cost, revenue and occupancy tracking.
- Sync with the external reservation and payment system over its API.
- Cross-portfolio analytics and automatic monthly reporting.
