Opsahl Gruppen is an Oslo property group - more than thirty years across housing, commercial property, development and investment - with a separate office-park brand, Skullerud Park, sitting under it. Two audiences, two brands, and no appetite for two separate websites to maintain. INFIGO built both as one WordPress multisite.
01 · The context
Two brands, two audiences
The group site talks to buyers, sellers and investors: property projects, homes for sale, the Opsahl fund, an annual report. Skullerud Park talks to office tenants: space to lease, coworking, facilities, events. They share ownership and a family resemblance, but they are not the same website and were never going to be. What they could share was one platform underneath.
02 · The build
One install, two sites
Both brands run from a single WordPress multisite: one codebase, one admin, two domains, two themes, so the branding is genuinely separate rather than a re-skin. Underneath sits an ACF flexible-content page builder, and that shared module library is what keeps the estate cheap to grow - a fix lands on both brands at once, and a new page on either is assembled, not developed.
03 · More than a brochure
The functional parts
A property group’s site is not just pages. Enquiry forms are captured in the database and, on Skullerud Park, pushed onward through automation so a lead does not sit in an inbox. Search visibility, spam filtering, firewalling and scheduled backups are all in place - the unglamorous parts that keep a public site standing, on both brands, from one install.
04 · Investor-grade and compliant
The corporate obligations
An established property group is held to more than a good-looking homepage. The site publishes the annual report as a download, carries the Transparency Act and privacy statements Norwegian companies are expected to show, and puts sustainability alongside them. That content is part of the build, not an afterthought bolted on later.
Two brands, two audiences, one install to keep running. That is the shape INFIGO builds for a Norwegian group that is really a family of businesses under one roof.
