Lomundal

Lomundal Bygg is a renovation contractor for the greater Oslo area - total renovations, bathrooms, kitchens, delivered at volume for a firm of its size. INFIGO has built their website twice: the 2020 original, and the 2022 redesign it grew into. The second one is live today.

01 · The context

Renovation is bought on trust, and trust here is visual.

Nobody hires a contractor from a paragraph. They hire from photographs of other people’s finished bathrooms, from the sense that a firm is active and busy, and from how easy it is to take the first step without committing to anything.

That defines the site’s three jobs: show the work, sound alive, and make the free survey booking effortless.

02 · The build

Projects first, content always, one conversion.

The site leads with completed projects, filterable by type, photography doing the arguing. Behind it sits an editorial section that is genuinely maintained - guides, trends, a podcast - the kind of content that catches people early, while they are still saving screenshots rather than requesting quotes.

And every path lands on the same call to action: book a free befaring. One form, one promise, no competing buttons.

03 · The long haul

The rebuild went to the same builder.

The 2020 site did its job well enough that when Lomundal outgrew it, the redesign came back to the same hands. The 2022 version is a different design on the same working foundations, and it is what runs at lomundalbygg.no now. That is what continuity looks like from the client’s side: the site can change completely without the relationship starting over.

What we delivered

  • A WordPress build for an Oslo renovation contractor - twice, 2020 and 2022.
  • A project showcase that puts finished rooms first.
  • An editorial section with guides, trends and a podcast.
  • A single, frictionless survey-booking funnel.

Finished rooms do the selling

A renovation contractor is bought on proof. The site leads with completed projects - bathrooms, kitchens, full apartment renovations - photographed properly and filterable by type, so a visitor planning their own project can go straight to the evidence that this firm has done it before.

An editorial universe, not a dead blog

Inspiration, practical guides, trends and a podcast - the content section is a maintained part of the business, aimed at people months away from hiring anyone. It is what keeps a contractor findable between projects, and it gives the brand a voice beyond before-and-after photos.

One conversion - book the free survey

Everything funnels to a booked befaring. The form asks only what is needed to show up prepared, because for renovation work the real sales conversation happens in the customer's home, and the site's job is to get the firm invited in.
